Jade Prayer beads

How to use: 
 
Before you get out of bed and before you fall asleep each day, take the string and feel the beads. Starting with touching the bead closest to the loop, say the words, "Every day and in every way, I am getting better and better." 
 
Try to say these words without any tension, and without emotion. Your words have great power over your subconscious mind, and saying them in this concentrated, calm manner intensifies their power.
 
Move onto the next bead and repeat until you have completed all 20 beads.
 
It may take practice, but you will soon get used to feeling a sense of utter peace while saying these words, which will profoundly influence your day (and night). You will also very quickly see many other positive changes  in your day-to-day life through the intention and truth of your own words.
